Everytime I try a bite of recently aged sauerkraut it simply blows my mind away by the many complex flavors that I experience.
It’s like my taste buds are dancing on my tongue!
Every batch always seems to be just a little different and better from the last.

Unlike other foods that will spoil if left out of the refrigerator, fermented foods just keep on aging and getting more and more potent and delicious.
