  • What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail?
February 12, 2020

Fear of failure prevents many people from trying anything in the first place. If you want to tackle something, you can motivate yourself with the idea that your project will definitely succeed.

What would you do if you knew you were certain you would succeed?

“It’s not gonna work anyways!” Hand on heart: How often has the thought of failure in your life prevent you from even starting something in the first place?

If you wish for more courage, success, and a more abundant future, mindfulness can be like an inner guardian that walks hand in hand with you.

Ask yourself two things: How can you find out if something works if you don’t try it or even attempt to try it in the first place? And what would you most like to do if failure were impossible from the start?

Because many times what seems like a failed attempt often leads to more understanding, deeper insight, and more awareness and life experience that helps to shape and define us as humans.

Here you will discover ways in which such thinking can have a positive impact on your well-being, your job, and your social relationships.

Why don’t you give yourself the chance to prove to everyone else and to

yourself that you can go ahead and succeed with your projects and endeavors?

Don’t let the fear of failure stop you!

How many times have you wanted to go to the gym, get healtheir, quit smoking, change your diet, or become a better human? In the first step, tackling something means that you trust yourself. Ask yourself why do you think negatively and are you really afraid of failure? Why don’t you give yourself the chance to prove to everyone else and to yourself that you can go ahead succeed with your project and endeavors?

For example; if you smoke or have an unhealthy habit that you do and you knew that you would die the next time that you do it then would you stop it?

Obviously, you’d stop immediately. On the flip side this way of thinking can be geared towards yourself in a positive way – what would you do if you knew exactly that your diet or your exercise program would be a success? But you had to start right now!

Getting ahead in life! With the fear of failure, you inhibit yourself!

How many times have you asked yourself whether you should apply get the degree or start a new business and then you didn’t? The weeks turned into months.

If you are always afraid that it will not work out in the end and that others will be much better, what happens is you take every chance in advance to take the next step on cultivating a better life.

Failure and disappointment are part of life and everyone has to deal with it.

But it’s important to keep in mind that failure of trying does not have to be in your reality. Because many times just starting the process of doing what you would like to do gets the ball rolling and we see just how fun and easy the task, project, or dream actually is. The mind has a way of misconstruing, playing tricks on us, and making things seem much more complicated and harder than they actually are.

We, humans, are a hardy and resilient species.

Imagine 100 people applying for a job that only one can have it. Are all 99 who have been rejected then failures? Certainly not.

He loves me, he loves me not …

How many couples do you think didn’t get together because each one thought the other wouldn’t have the same feelings? Again, the fear of failure is an example of how tragic something like that would turn out.

Hand over heart: What would you do if the cute guy from the café next door would definitely accept your invitation to take a walk or go to the movies (or do Netflix post-pandemic? Wouldn’t you be immediately drawn in and hooked and lay the foundation to initiate a romantic relationship?

Whenever I compliment a beautiful woman the immediate response that I get is “you made my day”, because most people don’t get enough compliments, and it can seem like a rarity.

If you don’t dare to take the first step, you may never find out that the other person feels the same way you do. And trust does not mean one hundred percent security either. But it does mean a real opportunity that you should take advantage of and seize the moment, don’t you think?

Have you got the desire and motivation to try one or the other in your life? Trust in yourself is an important foundation. Grab it and take your life by the reigns. Even if you do fail once or twice, it’s totally normal. No need to keep thinking about the many missed opportunities in your life. Own your courage!

Always remember that each one of us, including you, has the infinite power of the universe pulsating through our veins and body and being. We are all stars with massive capacity.
